Wonderful to see a lovely sub praticing. May i suggest to use a stop watch. Let the sub deepthroat as long as possible and then slowly increase the amount of seconds the sub has to deepthroat. Of course failure has to cause a punishment of Masters choise ...

Best approach for training is all bound - unable to move but simply be used to take whatever is given in the mouth. A slow process, but almost always gives results.
